Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries from prospective students, parents, and educational consultants via phone, email, and online chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide Information: Offer detailed information about Alviol Limited's services, university programs, admission requirements, application deadlines, and other relevant information to prospective students.
- Application Support: Assist students with the application process, ensuring all required documents and information are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with applicants, providing updates on the status of their applications and offering guidance throughout the admissions process.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by applicants, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and application details in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the Admissions team to ensure a smooth transition from application to enrollment for successful applicants.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest developments in the education sector, university admission policies, and any changes in application procedures.
- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from applicants and clients to identify areas for improvement in our services and processes.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to provide relevant information and support for potential client inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in any related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
