Job Summary
We are looking to hire Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- In charge of receiving orders from customers.
- Make sure customer orders are correct, and our customers are satisfied with our service.
- Call customers on a daily basis to cheup on them and on the goods we are supplthem, noting down any complaints. Complaints should be forwarded to the management team.
- Call customers that have not ordered goods in a short while and pressuring them into making a new order because they have no outstanding invoices.
- All orders received will need to be handed over to be crossed checked if any payments are due.
- To receive all orders given in by the communication team.
- To be able to cross-check each customer order and ensure they have no outstanding payment.
- Anywithr's order with an outstanding invoice must be cross-checked with the accounting team to ensure that tice is paid. If approved by the accounting team, the order shall go through.
- Any order that has not gone through due mustt issues needs to be filled with the customer names.
- Orders that are approved should then be handed to the supply team.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualificatopn of OND in any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a customer service representative.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
