Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer documents and information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer data and transaction details, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
  • Promote company products and services to existing customers, keeping them informed of new offerings.
  • Handle complaints and manage irate customers with patience and professionalism, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with satisfied customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and critical customer concerns to management promptly.
  • Greet and attend to walk-in clients, ensuring they receive timely support and information.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools (e.g., phone systems, email platforms, WhatsApp).
  • A customer-centric attitude with a focus on service excellence.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
