Job Summary

A dynamic multifaceted Pan-African real estate going concern requires a Customer Service Assistant urgently in our Head Office (Lagos) for immediate employment to assist the Head, Customer Service to plan and carry out all the Customer service functions of the organization

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.


Requirements:

  • Academic qualification of OND in any relevant field of study.
  • Note: Applicants with HND or any higher qualification will not be considered.
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Empathy and Friendly attitude
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent use of Microsoft office tools
  • Ability to work under pressure.


Location: Maryland, Lagos


Remuneration: NGN 80,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
