Job Description/Requirements
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing information about our media production services
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, including technical specifications and production processes
- Process orders for media production services and handle any returns or exchanges
- Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, including project details and client feedback
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and marketing, to ensure client needs are met
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, such as creating content for social media or email campaigns
- Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with client onboarding and training
Requirements:
- A minimum SSCE certificate is required
- 0-1 year experience
