Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Assist customers with transactions, including confirmations, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices.
- Help customers with account-related queries, such as registration, verification, and security measures.
- Identify and address customer concerns effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust in our services.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience
- Minimum of BSc. in a relevant course of study
