We are looking to hire a Customer service officer who will provide excellent support for our customers.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently communicate company policies to customer
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly
  • Notifying Key customers of Stock status, Price updates or Company invite
  • Effectively managing customer complaints within an hour
  • Invoicing customers
  • Monitoring online orders
  • Website information auditing
  • Responding to customers on Social media platforms
  • Monitoring retail implementation of Marketing programs




Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a Degree in business administration, Hotel & Catering management, Food technology or Marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized and able to coordinate tasks effectively
