Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently communicate company policies to customer
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly
- Notifying Key customers of Stock status, Price updates or Company invite
- Effectively managing customer complaints within an hour
- Invoicing customers
- Monitoring online orders
- Website information auditing
- Responding to customers on Social media platforms
- Monitoring retail implementation of Marketing programs
Requirements:
- Candidate must have a Degree in business administration, Hotel & Catering management, Food technology or Marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be organized and able to coordinate tasks effectively
