Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer calls, emails, chats, or social media messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or problems, providing solutions or alternatives.
- Provide Product/Service Information: Educate customers on products or services, features, benefits, and pricing.
- Process Orders and Requests: Manage customer orders, returns, or exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain Customer Records: Update customer information, interaction history, and issue resolution in CRM systems or databases.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and operational teams to resolve customer issues, provide feedback, and improve processes.
