Customer Relationship Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers when they walk through the door
• Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
• Ringing up sales and arranging items.
• Cheerful , smart and always ready to assist. Must be tidy
• Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
• Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
• Abilities to make a sale when a customer’s comes in.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of OND
• Candidate should be under 35 years
• Must have customer service experience 
• Computer literate and knowledge of the social media.

Remuneration: NGN 70,000
