Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and clients into the clinic, ensuring to capture and register their details.
- Enlighten patients about our free eye check-ups and persuade them to come to have their eyes checked.
- Attain daily client goals established by the management team while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations.
- Follow up on patients who have finished test procedures and ensure they see an optometrist.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a customer service agent or similar role.
- Highly motivated and result-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding sales and customer service skills.
- Organized with close attention to detail.
Location: Applicants must be residing in Lekki and its environs.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - NGN 100,000
