Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Adopt standards/procedures for ensuring the optimal customer experience
- Utilize social media platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick responses to inquiries
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations
- Attend to the customer's queries on our social media platforms and incoming phone calls
- Cross-sell Traction's products and services while engaging the customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc degree preferred
- At least 1-year experience in a relevant role
- Thorough understanding of the Fintech industry
- Ability to relate professionally with merchants/customers, attending to their needs in a proactive manner
- Strong communication skills
