Job Summary

We seek to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of Somma’s Yummies. Your responsibilities will encompass both sales-focused activities and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets. Simultaneously, you will manage customer inquiries, provide product information, address concerns, and cultivate lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in sales efforts to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish leads, and nurture potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Manage customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and social media, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies, product offerings, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to contribute to the development of effective sales tactics.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the baby food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
