Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customers' inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer transactions and updating their account.
- Receiving draft copies from customers and informing them about their original or telex release before the arrival of their container.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
- Determine the quickest and most effective way to answer customers' questions.
- Manage a large amount of incoming calls.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers.
- Marketing visitation and informing customers about the new development
- Handle inquiries about customers' delivery
- Assisting documentation when necessary
- Develop and implement marketing plans and track performance against goals
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts.
- Proficient in using customer service software and databases.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
Renumeration: NGN 100,000 monthly
