Job Description/Requirements
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (calls, messages, chats, etc.).
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Record and track customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Ensure all interactions reflect the brand’s commitment to excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Diploma OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in mass comm or any relevant field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
- Must be friendly, courteous, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in using an Android smartphone and basic mobile applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to process orders, handle returns, and manage customer data accurately.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively.
