A Clothing Brand located in Surulere, Lagos is looking to hire a Customer Care Officer who will act as the first point of contact for customers and employees, while providing administrative support.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Officer you will be responsible for;

  • Receiving and attending to visitors and customers.
  • Answering calls and attending to enquiries.
  • Bridging the gap between customers and the production department.
  • Collaborating with a media officer in populating and updating the company's social media pages as advised.
  • Liaising with the head of Admin on all administrative matters.

Qualifications:

  • BSc Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Care Officer.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Great Customer relationship management skills.
  • Database management skills.
  • Female candidates preferred.  

Salary: NGN 50,000
