Job Summary
We are looking for Customer Attendants who will be responsible for customer relationship duties such as answering product and services questions and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and also make outbound calls
Resolving products and services issued and escalating when needed
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Helps in answering complaints and questions
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Requirements:
Candidates should possess NCE, OND, or Diploma
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
Proven experience as a customer service representative or any relevant position
Ability to use positive language, composed and very polite
Time management skills
Good use of computers and Microsoft Suits.
Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 50,000 Monthly
