Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Process customer orders, handle returns and exchanges and resolve billing issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience (preferred)
- Degree from a reputable institution (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Great team player
