Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain business relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to boost client satisfaction and business performance.
- Analyze client data and feedback to provide actionable insights and improve service delivery
Requirements:
- A degree in Social Sciences, Sciences, Arts, or any related field.
- 1–5 years of proven experience in client service or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must reside in or around Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Lagos
