Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the activities of client service staff to ensure the needs of customers are met and their problems resolved.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a BA or BSC in Mass communication, communication Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, or any discipline
- At least 3 years cognate experience in the same position at a recognized marketing communications or brand management agency.
- Ability to use Microsoft office packages, especially word, PowerPoint, and excel
- Membership of one or more professional associations such as APCON, NIPR, IBMN, NIMN, NIM, etc. is an added advantage.
