Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications via phone, email, and in person.
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Manage and update client records using CRM software.
- Handle inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide support to the sales team by tracking leads and assisting in follow-ups.
- Resolve client complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Guide clients through onboarding, documentation, and after-sales service.
- Deliver timely reports on client interactions and feedback.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a client-facing or customer service role (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Flexible availability, including weekends when necessary.
- Previous experience in real estate or property management.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
- Passion for client relationship management and customer service excellence.
