Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact between teachers, students, and parents.
  • Send timely updates, reminders, and follow-ups for classes, assignments, and events.
  • Coordinate feedback collection and communication loops.
  • Maintain attendance records and track student engagement.
  • Follow up on absences, missed assignments, or behavioral issues.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new students.
  • Provide assistance with scheduling, tech setup, and class materials.
  • Support teachers with administrative tasks related to class execution.
  • Coordinate substitute arrangements if a teacher is unavailable.
  • Ensure classes run smoothly on the designated LMS or video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Report and troubleshoot any recurring tech issues with IT support.
  • Maintain up-to-date class rosters and documentation.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly class reports.
  • Help manage extracurricular events, webinars, and assessments.
  • Ensure all class materials and resources are prepared and shared ahead of time.
  • Monitor live sessions to provide real-time support to teachers and students (e.g., tech issues, attendance, disruptions).
  • Schedule and coordinate live online classes across multiple time zones.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in educational administration, online learning, or classroom support.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, Moodle, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Technologically proficient and adaptable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for education and student development.
  • Patience and empathy in handling student and parent concerns.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones, if needed.
