We seek to hire an exceptional Female Chat and Call Line Official to help respond promptly to client inquiries via calls, email, SMS, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and facilitating the completion of business applications.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Client Communication Management:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Handle and facilitate the completion of business applications.


Document Processing & Forwarding:

  • Forward relevant correspondences and documents to the appropriate units.
  • Ensure timely processing and follow-ups on client requests.


Client Information Support:

  • Provide clients with their loan contract documents, disbursement and repayment schedules, affidavit prototypes, and other necessary information upon request.


Business Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure a steady inflow of business across all company interests.
  • Address client concerns professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.


Payment Reminders & Acknowledgments:

  • Send timely payment reminders and acknowledgments to clients using the company’s approved communication channels.


Document Management & Organization:

  • Ensure proper storage and easy retrieval of client documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company policies.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in Communication
  • Good Business Sense
  • Female is most preferred for this position
  • Strong Editorial Skills
  • Attention to Detail and Good Memory
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Fast and Accurate Typing Skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Human Psychology will be an added advantage
