Company Description Hebron Love and Care Centre (A Home for Senior Citizens) is dedicated to providing compassionate, sustainable care for older adults, including individuals living with dementia and other age-related conditions. The centre focuses on holistic, person-centered care, ensuring that each resident receives tailored support for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Role Description

• The Caregiver will provide day-to-day support and companionship to senior residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, documenting observations, and promptly reporting any changes to nursing or supervisory staff.
• The Caregiver will help implement personalized care plans, support residents with dementia using appropriate communication techniques, and encourage participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Follow care plans and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Community Health Certification (CHEW/JCHEW) or Auxiliary Nursing Certification.
• Previous caregiving experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
