The business development executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting the firm's professional services, and supporting revenue growth. Responsibilties:

Business Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new clients for audit, assurance, tax, risk advisory, and consulting services.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose suitable services.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.


Proposal and Tender Management:

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and engagement letters.
  • Coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tenders.
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop competitive service offerings.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Identify emerging sectors and opportunities for firm expansion.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and market intelligence.


Marketing and Brand Promotion

  • Represent the firm at business forums, conferences, and networking events.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, thought leadership campaigns, and client seminars.
  • Promote the firm's brand and service capabilities.


Internal Collaboration

  • Work with partners and service line leaders to develop growth plans.
  • Coordinate with audit teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Track business development performance and prepare management reports.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Revenue generated from new clients.
  • Number of new client acquisitions.
  • Proposal win rate.
  • Value of opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Client retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Number of strategic partnerships developed.
