Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily laundromat operations.
- Coordinate and monitor staff activities and schedules.
- Receive and attend to customers professionally.
- Ensure clothes and laundry items are properly received, processed, packaged, and delivered.
- Monitor washing, drying, folding, and ironing processes.
- Maintain accurate customer orders and payment records
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor the use and condition of laundry equipment.
- Manage basic POS and phone transactions
- Monitor supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and customer-friendly
- Prepare basic operational reports for management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in laundry, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Minimum of an OND with 2 years of experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage
- Good customer-service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS and phone applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, responsible, and hard-working
- Ability to supervise staff effectively.
- Must be willing to work shifts and weekends.
Location: Akure, Ondo State
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 120,000 Monthly
