Job summary
To oversee, manage and be responsible for all planning, installations and construction work in the Centre, working effectively with contractors To manage the maintenance work of all assets, installations and facilities in the Centre, thus ensuring that the facilities provide the needed services effectively, efficiently and timely
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure an effective & efficient maintenance strategy in the management of FICC facilities.
- Plan and prepare budgets for all construction, installation, supplies and repair works in the Centre for review and approval by Management
- Ensure that all electrical, plumbing and mechanical facilities of the Centre are working well at all times
- Handle the procurement of general office maintenance facilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machineries, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems in the premises
- Prepare appropriate reports for presentation in Board meetings, relating to installations and maintenance works
- Prepare policy and procedure manual for general maintenance activities and ensure implementation and compliance
- Manage the technicians to ensure the provision of required support services with utmost commitment and integrity
- Ensure the cleanliness of the physical landscape of the environment
- Ensure the development & implementation of a holistic Health, Safety & Environment plan for the organisation
- Ensure that the general ambience of the Centre conforms to the required standards that will enhance the brand value and image of the organisation\
- Work effectively with construction engineers when required
- Appraise subordinates promptly and objectively, and follow up on action points resulting from the appraisal
- Take responsibility for the training, coaching and mentoring of subordinates
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in a relevant engineering course
- Minimum of 3- 5 years relevant experience.
- Basic Cost Accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of purchasing and maintenance
- Knowledge of stocks management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes
- Knowledge of Autocad

Remuneration: NGN 180,000- 200,000 Monthly
