Our client is looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position
- Minimum Qualification:HND
- Experience Level:Mid level
- Experience Length:3 years
- Processing client requests and customer support at all stages of card ordering
- Providing customer service from the moment of initial contact and post-sale support
- Communicating with customers in chats, emails and phone calls.
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc degree in any discipline
- Minimum working experience of 3 years
- Proficiency in English - high written level and speed
- Good communication skills
- Kindness and service, love for people
- Client service experience (chats, emails, phone calls)
