Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer's inquiries and complaints
- Researching required information using available resources to facilitate sales of products
- Following up on complicated customer calls where required
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customer
- Amongst other duties
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND/HND/BSc in any field
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Ability to interact in English
- This position is open to only Female applicants
- Must be smart and a fast learner
- Must be neat and presentable
- Must be ready to work
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good phone etiquette
Remuneration: NGN 65,000 monthly
Location: Abuja
