  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer's inquiries and complaints 
  • Researching required information using available resources to facilitate sales of products
  • Following up on complicated customer calls where required 
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries,  complaints, and actions taken
  • Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customer 
  • Amongst other duties


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of OND/HND/BSc in any field
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience 
  • Ability to interact in English
  • This position is open to only Female applicants
  • Must be smart and a fast learner
  • Must be neat and presentable
  • Must be ready to work
  • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good phone etiquette


Remuneration: NGN 65,000 monthly 


Location: Abuja
