Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound/outbound calls from members, healthcare providers, and clients.
- Provide medical advice, triage support, and health insurance-related assistance.
- Guide callers on HMO benefits, claims, and provider network inquiries.
- Document interactions accurately in the company’s database.
- Escalate complex medical or insurance issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure compliance with HMO policies and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license OR Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BNSc).
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or clinical setting (preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
- Residence in Abuja
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of health insurance, HMO operations, or medical terminologies.
- Proficiency in computer applications (CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/night)
