Job descriptions & requirements
- Prepare dough, batters, and other bakery items according to the menu
- Bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other goods following standard recipes
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality
- Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and preparation areas
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages
- Create new baked items or seasonal specials when required
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Minimum qualification is SSCE
- 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
