Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to prospective clients to introduce company products or services.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest or needs.
- Schedule and confirm appointments between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and appointments in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are kept and reschedule when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and trends to improve lead generation processes.
