Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, including shopping malls and individual clients, while actively seeking new sales opportunities. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including shopping malls and individual buyers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide detailed product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and perform basic bookkeeping duties.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company professionally with a neat and presentable appearance.
  • Communicate effectively in English to engage and persuade customers.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
  • Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Friendly, professional, and well-groomed personality.
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs.
  • Basic bookkeeping and record-keeping skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
  • Ability to multitask and meet sales targets.
