Graduate Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Food Production: Preparing, processing, and packaging food and beverage products. Support raw material handling, basic equipment operation, hygiene compliance, and achievement of daily production targets.
• Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct QA/QC checks to ensure products meet food safety standards. Assist with inspections, batch documentation, hygiene monitoring, and learning HACCP/GMP procedures.
• Inventory Control: Receive, organise, and track raw materials and packaging. Update stock records, support stock counts, and help maintain accurate inventory for smooth production flow.
• Sales & Customer Service: Manage customer enquiries, order processing, and fulfilment. Support field sales or promotional activities, document customer feedback, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Content Creation & Digital Marketing: Capture photos/videos for internal use, draft basic content, assist with social media updates, and support digital communication for sales and marketing teams.
• Facility Maintenance & Operations: Support day-to-day facility operations through housekeeping tasks, basic equipment checks, safety routines, and general operational assistance.
• Administration: Manage record-taking, documentation, and basic data analysis.

Requirements:

• 0-1 year experience.
• Minimum of a Degree/HND in a related field.

Note:

• Successful candidates will undergo 6 months of on-the-job training in Lagos (accommodation provided).
• Candidates who perform well will transition into full-time employment at our new facility in Asaba.
