Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead spirit production and recipe development.
- Manage distillation operations and quality control.
- Develop production SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Train and supervise the distillery production team.
- Drive product innovation and continuous improvement
- Proven expertise in gin and vodka production.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of copper pot still operations, botanical extraction, and quality management.
- Leadership and team management experience.
