Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes to standard
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and presentation
- Manage ingredients, stock, and minimize waste
- Ensure timely and consistent food delivery
- Work effectively with the kitchen team
Requirements:
- Experience Required* as a Continental Chef
- Good knowledge of pastas, grills, sauces, and plated meals
- Must have proximity to Tombia Extension, GRA
- Creative, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
- Must be neat, presentable, and a team player
Location: Tombia Extension, GRA, Port Harcourt
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
