Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough, batters, fillings, and other baking ingredients according to recipes.
- Bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products to company standards.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a bakery environment is required.
- Good knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and bakery equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration: NGN100,000.
