Job summary
Executive male chef with good knowledge of National dishes. Egyptian Cuisine and Indian Cuisine. Proximity to Kabusa, Abuja, is compulsory.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes while ensuring that all food leaving the kitchen meets high standards for taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Developing new, creative, and seasonal menu items, researching industry trends, and determining pricing strategies.
- Managing inventory, ordering food supplies, reducing waste, and ensuring the kitchen is stocked within budgetary guidelines.
- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and scheduling kitchen staff (line cooks, sous chefs, apprentices).
- Upholding rigorous food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc.
- Must have a culinary/catering degree.
- Preferably male.
- With not less than 8 years as a professional or executive chef.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian and Indian dishes is compulsory.

Remuneration: NGN 500,000 to N600,000
