Brand Operation Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to manage customer experience, coordinate orders and deliveries of THE FOODSTUFF LAGOS (TFL), and drive consistent brand growth through content. This is an hybrid role and the ideal candidate will seamlessly balance her responsibilities with social media strategies.

Responsibilities:
Brand Coordinator duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the brand.
- Provide marketing strategies to consistently improve sales.
- Respond to all social media page enquiries, converting 90%+ to sales.
- Confirm orders and maintain daily order log (accurate and updated in real-time).
- Schedule deliveries with delivery partners and track all orders.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling brand and professional matters.
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups on deadlines, tasks, and projects.
Social Media duties:
- Manage and grow the brand’s official social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, X, Facebook, etc.).
- Create, plan, and schedule engaging content using a structured content calendar.
- Develop trendy and visually appealing posts, reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Cover live events, campaigns, and personal moments — capturing real-time content for social media.
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and maintain an interactive online presence.
- Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports on insights and growth.
- Identify influencer, collaboration, and partnership opportunities to boost brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a Brand and Media coordinator.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong iPhone content creation and video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar apps).
- Proficiency in graphics tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop).
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong copywriting ability with excellent command of grammar and brand tone.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
- Must be available to attend events, shoots, and personal appointments as needed).
