Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Close Sales
  • Record customer interactions and follow up when necessary
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed


Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement is a BSc. or HND with 1-2 years of experience
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to help others
