Job summary
We are urgently seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Confirm and process customer payments accurately into the system
- Issue receipts and ensure billing accuracy
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Provide clear and accurate information about company services
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
- Assist in supervising junior customer service staff when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any discipline
- Female candidates are preferred
- Must be computer literate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and remain professional
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
- Must reside in Ago, Mile 2, Apapa, Amuwo, Festac, or nearby areas
