Job descriptions & requirements
- Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Cash handling and all payments' accountability.
- Handle all guests' complaints calmly and professionally.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
- A minimum of a diploma in hospital management, business administration or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations and hotel reservations systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
