Job summary
We are looking for two friendly, organised, and professional receptionists to serve as the first point of contact at a premium hospitality and event space. The ideal candidates will create a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth front desk operations. We are seeking individuals who are presentable, proactive, and able to deliver a great first impression to guests.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
- Handle bookings, inquiries, and customer requests
- Maintain front desk operations, records, and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage
- Candidates without a degree must demonstrate relevant experience in their CV or cover letter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service orientation
- Basic computer knowledge
