Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Culate Wears Limited's products, services, and operational processes meet the company's established quality standards.
- The role involves inspecting products, monitoring staff compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), identifying errors and operational gaps, documenting findings, investigating customer complaints, and recommending corrective actions.
- The officer also conducts regular quality checks, prepares inspection reports, and follows up on identified issues to ensure continuous improvement, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
