Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services and secure sales.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with clients to build a strong relationship
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales in B2C is preferred but not essential.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confident in approaching customers on an outbound basis.
- Objection handling.
- Self-driven with a determination to succeed.
- The ability to understand the client's needs and qualify clients with a series of questions.
- Maintaining your pipeline of calls and updating the system.
- Adaptable to change within the business needs.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000-200,000 (including commission)
