Responsibilities:
- Collaborate efficiently with account managers to optimise workflows and improve productivity.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of players’ game data and personal information.
- Never use unauthorised tools to manipulate player data; ensure data security at all times.
- Follow standardised procedures to complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Contribute to team efforts in designing efficient gameplay strategies and sharing best practices.
- Assist the team in verifying player information and resolving basic game-related issues.
- We require staff to collect resources in the game and be able to endure performing highly repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Requirements:
- Passion for gaming (experience in mobile/PC games preferred).
- Enthusiasm for innovation and technology.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in team responsibilities.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to handle tasks beyond assigned duties.
- Basic English proficiency (school-level is acceptable).
