Responsibilities
- Sales & Session Management: Drive game table sales, record play durations, and manage customer queue/waitlists during busy hours.
- Equipment Oversight: Issue and collect snooker cues, balls, and chess sets, ensuring all gear is kept clean and accounted for.
- Customer Service: Welcome players, assist beginners with quick setup, and ensure everyone has a smooth experience.
- Standard Maintenance: Ensure the playing space stays clean, orderly, and strictly free from gambling, smoking, or rowdy behavior.
Requirements
- Friendly, persuasive, and confident communication skills.
- Honest, sharp with numbers, and punctual.
- Previous sales, customer service, or shop attendant experience is a plus.
