- Book, reschedule, and confirm client appointments efficiently
- Coordinate stylist availability to ensure smooth service delivery
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, messaging platforms, and social media
- Provide accurate information about salon services, availability, and pricing
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall client booking experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
- Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with booking systems, messaging platforms, or CRM tools is an advantage
