Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Service Lead with a strong background in the sports betting industry to oversee and elevate our customer support operations. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who understands the fast-paced nature of sports betting and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the customer service team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
- Manage daily customer support operations across live chat, email, and phone channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Handle complex customer escalations, including betting disputes, payment issues, and account queries
- Assist with account setup, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements.
- Resolve betting disputes and transaction issues
- Promote responsible gaming and enforce 18+ age verification
- Log and track customer issues using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service (sports betting preferred)
- Good understanding of sports betting fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and match days.
