Responsibilities:

  • Manages an organization's front desk and serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
  • Performs various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Key duties include greeting guests, answering phones,
  • Scheduling appointments, managing mail and deliveries, and maintaining the reception area. 
  • Welcoming office guests and directing them to the person or office they're visiting. Answering and making phone calls


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, 
  • A professional attitude and appearance, and customer service skills. 
  • Must have  product (solar inverter/lithium battery) knowledge and also sales skills
