Responsibilities:
- Preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Measuring and mixing ingredients, baking products, and ensuring that all pastries are presented attractively and meet the establishment’s quality expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the pastry station while ensuring that all food preparation follows proper hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Monitor ingredient usage, assist in managing kitchen supplies, and ensure that baking equipment is used and maintained properly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pastry and baking
- Ability to prepare a variety of pastries and desserts
